The cleanliness could also use significant improvement, as I noticed dust and debris in several corners.

the room was very clean, comfy mattress and big bed, loved the bathroom with the modern shower and rituals toiletries were a nice touch. the air conditioning was a lifesaver since it was super hot, and we had plenty of towels for the whole family. also, the coffee machine was great!

breakfast was not as good as i expected for a mercure hotel, and there were some sockets that weren't working.
